Tommy Vega

Tommy is from the Cagayan Valley region in the northern Philippines, where he completed his BSc in Nursing in 2007 and began his career in healthcare, initially as a human nurse.

After working in his home region and then Manila for a combined six years, Tommy made the decision to travel and follow his dream of becoming a Veterinary Nurse in the UAE where, after another seven years’ experience, he found his way to GVC, joining the team in July 2020.

Tommy loves his job and is inspired to constantly learn and improve his skills and provide the very best care for our patients.

Growing up, his family always had pets (cats and dogs) and his love for animals started young. So it’s no surprise that away from work, Tommy loves watching Basketball and spending his time relaxing with his three kitties, Snowy, Shadow and Melon….!
