Dr Katrin’s knowledge and understanding of animal behaviour has helped transformed our large cat, Clyde, from an excessively possessive and aggressive cat into gentler giant, who is calmer and more tolerant of the other cats. Her methods have been mixture of understanding the body language of the animal, positive reinforcement techniques, education to owners on triggers and how to defuse situations in a calming way as well as holistic medication to improve the wellbeing of the animal. Dr Katrin cares about the owners as well as the animals and has provided us with invaluable information on how to understand each animal’s individual feelings and needs.
