Pet Relocation Coordinator

GVC is now recruiting for an animal loving, confident and dynamic customer service professional to join our Pet Relocation team as a Pet Relocation Coordinator  

We are looking for someone who has;

• A love for animals
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• The drive and ambition to want a career in the industry  
• Outstanding attention to detail  
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines. 
• A strong team player (who can also fly solo when needed)
• IT competence using a range of standard software programs
• A willingness to work outside office hours when required 
• At least three years relevant experience
• Veterinary and pet-care industry experience is useful although an understanding of, and experience in, hospitality or a customer focused environment is desirable 
• Fluent English (written, verbal and aural)
• A UAE Driving License with experience of driving manual vehicles.

Veterinary Doctor

We are looking for someone who has:

• An absolute love for animals
• A comprehensive and up to date foundation of Small Animal General Practice knowledge and skills 
• A minimum of seven years General Practice experience 
  • Experience of working in a busy and high profile first-opinion environment is essential
  • Experience of working within a referral practice is advantageous  
• Demonstrable skill utilizing a range of diagnostic tools and equipment
• A high level of soft tissue surgical competency
• A wide knowledge of Fear Free and Cat Friendly principles and practices (highly desirable)
• Current membership to RCVS or equivalent (please provide details)
• Outstanding leadership skills
• An aptitude in building client rapport and delivering great customer service
• Superb attention to detail  
• Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English is essential 
• The ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
• A very strong team player
• IT competence using a range of standard software programs
  • Knowledge of RX Works would be advantageous 
• A flexible and cooperative approach to working hours and shift schedules (as part of a team of vets) 
• A UAE Driving License (or transferrable international license)
• Ability to work in the UAE
