I was moving during a very uncertain time and literally had 48 hours to get myself and my cat Leila on a repatriation plane from Abu Dhabi to Toronto (due to Covid travel restrictions). Joanna acted fast, on a weekend no less, contacted the airlines, followed up, and basically just took care of everything. Leila was picked up from home, Joanna was reassuring and understanding of my concerns. She was responsive and kept me updated through the process. Leila arrived safely in Toronto. All the paperwork was in order. In fact, she’s so much less of a nervous cat after her flight, so I’m sure she was well taken care off.
